This package is intended to be used either as (1) single 4 hour session, or (2) two hour sessions.  I could possibly make other arrangements for unique situations.

Jeremy will consult with you over the phone, or internet.  If you are local, Jeremy is happy to meet with you in person.  We can cook a meal, talk about food, and cooking, and what I've learned on my journey.  We can talk about whatever you would like to discuss, however bear in mind that Jeremy is not a doctor, or a nutritionist, he is only sharing his experience and the knowledge he has gained through his personal amazing journey.
